Are your whitening strips safe for sensitive teeth?
Yes — our PAP formula is peroxide-free, making it significantly gentler than traditional whitening strips. Most people with sensitive teeth tolerate PAP well.

How quickly will I see results?
Most customers notice a visible difference after 3–5 applications. For best results, use consistently over 7–14 days.

Are the strips compliant with UK regulations?
Yes. Our strips use PAP technology, not hydrogen peroxide, keeping them fully compliant with UK cosmetic regulations.

Can I use these with braces or veneers?
We do not recommend use with braces. If you have veneers, crowns, or other dental work, please consult your dentist first.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our full Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
