Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days
- We ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
International Delivery
- Standard International: 10–20 business days
- We ship to over 28 countries worldwide.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at jahaniannewspoint@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'll offer a replacement or refund for confirmed lost parcels.
