We want you to love your Pearl Glow purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Law) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right,
contact us at jahaniannewspoint@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returns Once you've notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
We do not accept returns on opened or used teeth whitening products for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
